Why Family Medicine: After serviing as a General Medical Officer in the Navy as well as working on community health partnership in the Dominican Republic, Family Medicine offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care through long term relationship. I enjoy being able to medical, behavioral health, environmental, and social determinants of health. I enjoy seeing a variety of complaints in clinic including undifferentiated complaints, acute care, and multiple comorbidities.
Why PFM: I chose PFM because of the close knit program, enthusiastic faculty, caring residents, and the ability to follow our enrolled patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
Fun fact about yourself or hobbies: I enjoy motorcycle, camping and sailing. Always looking to crew for the next sailing race...
