Ashley supports the various professional development efforts at EVMS, working closely with the Director of Professional Development, Judith Taylor-Fishwick. Her current focus is on the faculty development aspect of the Live Humble QEP and will soon begin to focus her efforts on aspects of community faculty as well. Ashley's mission is to be an energetic force and ally for educators in taking risks while tapping into their strengths so that they continuously transform to prepare for the rapidly evolving world. Her vision is that educators will continually be reflective and stay curious in an effort to transform academia, by creating an inclusive culture. She has a Master's Degree in Education from Old Dominion University and has worked in three school districts in the area through various roles, ranging from educator to instructional coach.
