Ahmed I. Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed is triple board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine and Medical Genetics and Genomics. He received his MD degree at Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria, Egypt and completed his OBGYN residency training at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. He also completed a combined maternal fetal medicine/medical genetics and genomics fellowship at Wayne State University, Detroit, MI.
Dr. Ahmed joined EVMS in 2022 as an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology. His research interests focus on prenatal diagnostics, fetal anomalies and perinatal genetics
