Makes 4


  • 3 cups of vanilla nonfat or low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries in juice
  • 1 pint of fresh or frozen blackberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 1 cup granola


  1. Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt on the bottom of each glass or bowl.
  2. Combine all berries including juice.
  3. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are full.
  4. Eat right away to keep the granola crunchy
