- 3 cups of vanilla nonfat or low fat yogurt
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries in juice
- 1 pint of fresh or frozen blackberries, raspberries, blueberries
- 1 cup granola
- Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt on the bottom of each glass or bowl.
- Combine all berries including juice.
- Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are full.
- Eat right away to keep the granola crunchy
