Makes 4 cups

Ingredients:

  • ½ can diced tomatoes, drained
  • ½ can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasonings
  • Optional: 1 can (5 oz) chicken breast, drained and rinsed  (or shredded cooked chicken)

 

Directions:

  1. Boil macaroni noodles for 7-8 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain noodles and stir in cheese packet.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
