Makes 4 cups
- ½ can diced tomatoes, drained
- ½ can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons taco seasonings
- Optional: 1 can (5 oz) chicken breast, drained and rinsed (or shredded cooked chicken)
- Boil macaroni noodles for 7-8 minutes or until tender.
- Drain noodles and stir in cheese packet.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
