Makes  ½ cup

Ingredients:

  • ½ package ramen noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • Optional:  add 1/4 cup of your favorite vegetable

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.  Drain completely.
  2. Stir in ½ of the seasoning packet.
  3. Crack 2 eggs into the pot.
  4. Stir and cook until eggs are done, about 4 minutes.
