Makes about 24 cookies
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir the ingredients together until smooth. Scoop dough out by tablespoons and roll into balls.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and press down on each cookie twice with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake 8-12 minutes and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes.
- Store completely cooled leftovers in an airtight container.
