Makes about 24 cookies


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir the ingredients together until smooth. Scoop dough out by tablespoons and roll into balls. 
  2. Place on a greased baking sheet and press down on each cookie twice with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  3. Bake 8-12 minutes and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Store completely cooled leftovers in an airtight container.
