Makes 3 cups
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can (12.5 oz) chicken breast, drained and rinsed
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup*
- Pinch of pepper
*Use low-sodium if available
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- When rice is ready, reduce heat to low and stir in chicken and soup. Continue cooking until heated through. Add pepper to taste.
