Makes 3 cups


  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can (12.5 oz) chicken breast, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup*
  • Pinch of pepper

*Use low-sodium if available


  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. When rice is ready, reduce heat to low and stir in chicken and soup. Continue cooking until heated through.  Add pepper to taste.
