Objectives:
- Explore the importance of self-care as it relates to enhancing compassion, satisfaction, and minimizing risks for compassion fatigue and burnout.
- Discuss opportunities for developing and practicing healthy self-care practices in the workplace and in one's personal life through a Whole Health lens.
