Throughout life, many of us were taught that emotions are feelings to be hidden and we may have been  judged and punished for them. As a consequence, we learned to not deal with these feelings which could possibly lead us to an inability to cope with emotions as they come... which then could possibly lead us into mental illness, addiction and even physical problems. Everyone feels emotions. What creates true emotional endurance is what we do and think when they come to us.

Emotional Self Care allows a person to feel their emotions for what they are . My presentation will highlight ways to take care of not only your physical but also your mental health.
