The deadline to register is Friday, October 3, 2025.

Registration costs will vary per event. *Pricing is the same for guests as alumni. Children under 18 are free. Costs for Class Dinners will vary by program.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at several area hotels.

Parking for on campus events is available in the Visitors Garage A located on Fairfax Avenue and uncovered Visitor Lot B across from Waitzer Hall. Parking vouchers will be provided in your welcome packet for on campus events.

Children of all ages are welcome to attend the Family Picnic. Please note that childcare will not be available during Alumni Weekend.

Alumni Weekend is a great way to connect with former classmates. It’s also a great opportunity to give back on behalf of your class in a way that is meaningful to you. You may give online or by calling 757.965.8500. You can designate your gift or pledge to any area of EVMS.

Alumni merchandise can be purchased at Old Dominion University - EVMS Bookstore located inside of Lewis Hall at the EVMS campus. Bookstore hours will be shared the week before the weekend.
