Documentation

While years of service are valued, a successful nomination must include clear examples reflecting how the individual's accomplishments match award criteria. Please cite specific instances of merit, above and beyond normal work duties on the nomination form found within the links to the right. View writing tips and an example of a well-written nomination

Resubmission

If you submitted a nomination last year which was not selected for an award, you can resubmit for one additional cycle - the exception being the Rising Star Award, which requires a new submission. We encourage resubmitting worthwhile nominations as long as they meet the current criteria and describe what the nominee has done over the past 12 months.

Deadline

Nominations are being accepted through Friday, September 13, 2019. Nominations will NOT be accepted after this date.
