Diversity and Inclusion at EVMS

Integrating diversity and inclusion into the the function of a Medical School is important, including for example medical education. The key question to be addressed is how to include people who are traditionally excluded into the area of academic medicine. Research has shown that diversity enhances the training and outcomes of students, faculty and employees. Diversity, simply put, is differences that we bring to the table.
