WoMeN, the EVMS Office for Women’s Affairs’ newsletter, published thrice yearly, serves as a networking vehicle to expand communication, share information, and promote issues affecting women in medicine as we endeavor to do our jobs and serve EVMS with pride. The newsletter covers forthcoming events; reviews of articles, books, and research; spotlights on our own women in medicine; career advancement strategies; promotion guidelines; and tips on winning grants and getting published, juggling home and work responsibilities, and developing leadership skills.
