SELDI Protein Profiling Studies

The Biomarker Development Laboratory (BDL), in collaboration with the Biomedical Proteomic Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School, is sponsored by a grant from the National Cancer Institute's Early Detection Research Network (EDRN) and the Virginia Prostate Center.

This Web site has been constructed to provide public access to data generated by the BDL, allowing investigators to analyze the raw and/or processed data using their own analysis algorithms. Although there is no obligation for accessing the data, the BDL staff would be interested in learning how other peak picking/alignment and classifier programs performed using the data.
