EVMS Health Services is a not-for-profit physician practice affiliated with Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS).  Over 150 physicians represent 20 specialties in primary care, medical and surgical care and radiation oncology with full-time clinical practices.Our offices are located throughout the greater Hampton Roads region, with most specialties available on the campus of EVMS.

Our practices use an electronic health record, or EHR, that allows us to serve you faster and better. The EHR replaces the old paper medical chart with secure computerized records with added benefits such as electronic prescribing and remote access to your medical information. Now your physician can view your secure record anytime from anywhere to safely provide after-hours or emergency care.
