Electronic Health Records |
- Your Electronic Health Record at EVMS Health Services: We
pride ourselves on staying up to date on the latest and safest
therapies, treatments and technology. Our practices use an
electronic health record, or EHR, that allows us to serve you
faster and better. The EHR replaces the old paper medical chart with
secure computerized records with added benefits such as electronic
prescribing and remote access to your medical information. Now your
physician can view your secure record anytime from anywhere to
safely provide after-hours or emergency care.

 iHealthRecord:
Our practices now provide you access to develop an iHealthRecord – a
personal health record for you and your family. Creating an
iHealthRecord record allows you to keep all of your health
information in one place, online and secure, so accurate,
comprehensive information is available to you, your physician and
other health-care providers you choose to allow access to it. Your
security and confidentiality are protected using the industry’s best
practices. You will have access to personalized health education
programs from trusted national health authorities and leading
medical societies.
