EVMS Campus Security
On behalf of the Security Staff, I would
like to welcome you to the campus of Eastern Virginia Medical
School.
Whether you’re an employee,
student, or visitor, we want to assure you that while on campus, your
safety and security are our number one priority.
Campus Security is located in the
north wing of Lewis Hall, just a few doors down from the student’s
lounge. It is staffed by a security officer 24/7 - 365 days a year,
should you need assistance. The phone number for Campus Security is (757) 446-5199 or you can e-mail the on-duty
security dispatcher at securityoffice@evms.edu.
Campus Security encourages
suggestions from everyone. That’s because we firmly believe that we are
only as successful as those who support us. Remember, there is no “I” in
team and we feel everyone on campus is a part of the Security
Team.

Campus Security supports the
mission of Eastern Virginia Medical School by dedicating
itself to ensuring the well-being of students, faculty, staff
and visitors while on campus. This core support service is
