Pre-Award Services

Pre-Award services manages all pre-award administrative and negotiation issues.  The Pre-Award team works with project investigators to review program solicitations, develop budgets, review and execute subcontract agreements, submit requests for no-cost extensions, and communicate with sponsor contacts as necessary.
