    • Mr. DiMarco has worked in the Office of Technology Transfer at EVMS for the past ten years in multidisciplinary functions ranging from Account Management and License Negotiation to his current position as the Director. 

       

      He has over thirty years of professional business experience that includes contract development, legal research, extensive client contact and trial experience as well as owning and directing his own real estate office. Before joining Eastern Virginia Medical School Mr. DiMarco was professionally trained by CACI, International, Inc., The U.S. Department of Justice, and Pennsylvania Power and Light. 

       

      As a leading contributor for both EVMS and his previous employers, he was certified through an ABA-approved paralegal program and awarded a level four top-secret clearance. 

       

      His notable accomplishments include being nominated for a 2013 EVMS Staff Achievement Award and being handpicked by lead DOJ attorneys to handle in-court responsibilities in the Court Of Federal Claims during a dispute over a multi-billion dollar weapons system. 

       

      Mr. DiMarco is also a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House for families focused on the health of their children.
