Liane Holliday-Willey event
The EVMS ASD Program and Families of Autistic Children in Tidewater are proud to present: A Life Lived with Autism.
Dr. Liane Holliday Willey was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome at age 35, and just like that, her life zoomed into focus. Liane holds a Doctorate of Education with a specialty in psycholinguistics and learning style differences. Liane will share her experiences of living with Asperger's syndrome, bringing positive insight along with the real and not so happy memories she has gathered over the years during her stints as a university professor, writer, manure scooper, french fry maker, community volunteer, wife and mother.
Dr. Willey will be speaking at EVMS on June 14th at 6pm. This event is free and open to the public; no RSVP necessary. For more information on Dr. Willey visit her website: http://www.aspie.com/ . Contact Teal at (757) 446-5176 if you would like more information about the event.”
