    • Dr. Maniu received her doctorate from Ovidius University in Constanta, Romania and completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She is Board Certified in Ob/Gyn and is licensed in the state of Virginia. She has been at EVMS since 2009 and currently holds the position of Assistant Professor.
