Complete the application to the Internship Program that
you can download from APPIC at the link below. The absolute deadline for acceptance of the completed
application materials is November 15. The following information should be included
in each candidate's application package:
- Completed Universal Application Form (a copy of the most recent application form may be
obtained at http://www.appic.org/
- click on "Forms and Document Downloads")
- Curriculum Vitae
- At least three letters of recommendation from persons familiar with your professional
skills and development
- Official transcripts of your graduate work

Applications should be mailed in one envelope containing all
requested information. To meet the application deadline, please allow ample time for mailing

packages to the Director. We suggest mailing at least five working days prior to our
deadline of November 15.
Interviews
After initial review of the application materials, we will contact
selected applicants during the
second week in December to schedule an interview.
