Eastern Virginia Medical School’s Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is authorized as the institutional office to submit proposals. OSP is comprised of Pre-Award Services, which manages all pre-award administrative and negotiation issues, and Post-Award Administration/Grants Accounting Office, which provides financial management oversight of the award through project close-out.
