Description:

The Proteomics Center conducts 1) quantitative proteomics, 2) quantitative multiple reaction monitoring, 3) tissue-based MALDI-TOF imaging mass spectrometry, 4) glycoproteomics, and 5) targeted metabolomics.  These capabilities are currently being applied to ongoing translational research studies.  The facility does not have mandatory fee-for-service duties but is rather a center designated to facilitate funded research projects primarily of a translational nature.
