• March 2:  2012-2013 FAFSA & Financial Aid Application(s) DEADLINE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS.  www.fafsa.ed.gov - FAFSA and EVMS Financial Aid Application and Supplemental Scholarship Application. All students are required to submit 2011 federal tax transcripts to the Office of Financial Aid

• April 2:  DEADLINE FOR NEWLY ACCEPTED STUDENTS for receipt of FAFSA and all appropriate forms, including 2011 federal tax transcripts, to the Office of Financial Aid in order to be eligible for Federal and  EVMS Institutional Funds in the upcoming year. (Students accepted after this date will be given a deadline date by the Office of Financial Aid) * Note when applying to the instituiton students should go ahead and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Do not wait for notice of acceptance from individual programs.
• April 2:  DEADLINE FOR NEWLY ACCEPTED STUDENTS for receipt of EVMS Financial Aid Application and SupplementalScholarships Application

• 2012-2013 Tuition and Fees are voted and passed by the EVMS  Board of Visitors

• Award Notice Announcements for 2012-2013 academic year will be sent via email through the month of June 2012. Award Notices are sent to students who have met deadlines and completed all required  steps of the financial aid process.

• Respond accordingly for upcoming Awards.  Information to be sent out prior to matriculation.

August

• Financial Aid Entrance Interview

• January Starts for Physician Assistance complete Financial Aid applications

Students to start in January 2013:

• November 1: ABSOLUTE DEADLINE for continuing students to submit loan applications if additional funds are required for the January tuition due date.

• REMINDER: Tuition is due in January according to start of classes and loan disbursements are made in early January.
