A three-arm randomized trial to compare adjvant Adriamycin and Cyclophosphamide followed by Taxotere (ACT), Adriamycin and Taxotere (AT), and Adriamycin, Taxotere and Cyclophosphamide (ATC) in Breast Cancer patients with positive axillary lymph nodes.
