The Department of Internal Medicine offers three ACGME-accredited fellowships.  Applicants for all three programs must have successfully completed training and be qualified as board eligible in Internal Medicine.

For all of our programs, eligible applicants must have received their M.D. or D.O. degree from a medical or osteopathic school approved by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education. We are seeking individuals who have excelled in all aspects of undergraduate and graduate medical education, including courses in basic science and clinical medicine, standardized examinations, research, and medical and non-medical extracurricular activities.

• The Endocrinology Fellowship is a two-year program offered at our Strelitz Diabetes Center.

• The Geriatric Medicine Fellowship is a 12-month program offered at our Glennan Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology.

• The Infectious Diseases Fellowship is a two-year program offered at our Center for the Comprehensive Care of Immune Deficiency.
