The Division of
Pulmonary Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical
School is recruiting an additional faculty
member at the Assistant or Associate Professor
level. The individual should be board-certified
in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
and have a strong commitment to teaching and
patient care.
The clinical
responsibilities will include delivery of
ambulatory and inpatient pulmonary consultation
at our tertiary-care medical center and serving
as an attending physician in the
multi-disciplinary ICU. The faculty member will
be expected to participate fully in the
Pulmonary and Critical Care education of our
Internal Medicine residents and medical
students. An area of scholarly interest is
desirable. The position includes a faculty
appointment at Eastern Virginia Medical School
in the Clinical/Educator track.
