Applicants must have completed one year of training in an accredited broad-based residency program prior to beginning the PGY-2 year in Dermatology. Acceptable broad-based PGY-1 programs include a transitional year, or a first year residency in emergency medicine, family medicine, general surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, or pediatrics.The Dermatology Residency program accepts applications only through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS) through our participation in the National Resident Match Program (NRMP). After receiving your application through ERAS, the Residency Program Administration reviews candidate applications and selects individuals who qualify for interviews. Interviews are by invitation only. Due to the large volume of applicants, please do not call the office to check the status of your application. Please check with ERAS. All applicants will be notified by e-mail whether or not they are selected for interviews. Those selected for interviews will choose from a list of dates to visit our program. Interview days consist of tours, sn orientation session with the residents, and individual interviews with the faculty. The final deadline for applications is November 15th. |
