Patient Eligibility
The clinical care program accepts patients two years of age or older and provides evaluation and care for patients with:
- Diabetes Mellitus
- Hyperlipidemia
- Metabolic Bone Disease (Osteoporosis)
- Endocrinopathies
- Recurrent Nephrolithiasis (Kidney Stones)
- Thyroid Disorders
- Pituitary Disorders
- Hypogonadism
- Hypoglycemia
Special Focus Programs Include:
- Diabetic Neuropathy
- Insulin Pumps
- Neuroendocrine Tumors
- Flushing Disorders
- Hyperlipidemias
- Metabolic Bone Disease

Comprehensive patient evaluation and treatment are available at the Strelitz Diabetes Center at Eastern Virginia Medical School, located at 855 West Brambleton Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23510. Appointments can be made by calling 757-446-5908.
