EVMS has changed its primary preferred vendor for standard business cards and stationery to B&B Printing. B&B has established a customized eCatalog, which provides online proofs based on EVMS brand standards and templates. Users can download or print their proofs, as well as check on the status of their request online.

To start, register at B&B Printing to create a login name and password. Once logged in, select "Continue" and choose the product category (i.e., business cards) you need. Then select "Create New" and enter information as outlined. Once complete, select "View Item" to see your proof online. If there are no changes needed, select "Accept & Create Quote." Then, follow instructions to select quantities and check out. Please note that an authorized Procure+ requisition number is required to submit orders.

All proofs for these standardized items must be created using the eCatalog -- manual proof confirmations will no longer be available.
