The new standards are the result of a comprehensive assessment of the visual image EVMS displays. Our new appearance conveys our pride and presents EVMS as a vibrant, dynamic center of education, research and patient care.

It is important that this look be consistent across campus to maintain a professional, consistent appearance in all materials used and disseminated by EVMS. This also will increase public awareness of the school as people become familiar with our new look — our “brand.” The Web site redesign now underway also will reflect our new graphic standards.

Several templates are provided here for routine uses such as stationery and business cards. These are quick ways for EVMS faculty and staff to start to follow the branding guidelines. Please be a wise steward of the institution’s resources and continue to use any items you currently have before you order new items with the new branding look.

In addition to letterhead and business cards, a variety of templates for PowerPoint presentations, fax pages, brochures, fliers, and other common needs have been posted.

The creative services team in the Office of Marketing and Communications is available to assist in the creation of complex custom designs or to assist with using the logo on promotional items.
