The EVMS Forensic Evaluation Program is dedicated to providing scientifically supported forensic evaluation services that address psychological aspects related to relevant issues of law. The scope of the Forensic Evaluation Program includes the following forensic psychological services:

Parenting Capacity Evaluations
Evaluations to Assess Termination of Parental Rights and Reunification Cases


Criminal Court Issues:

Juvenile and Adult Sexual Offender Assessments
Evaluating the Credibility of Testimony of Expert Witnesses
Assessment of Mitigating Factors and Pre-Sentencing Evaluations
Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) Evaluations
