Registration Form:Registration_Form_-_The_Facts__The_Fundamentals-_web_registration_form_Apr-May-June.pdf Peer Educator ClassThe admission criteria is: HIV positive individual with a desire to learn, teach, and function as a positive role model. Candidates for certification must be able and committed to complete ALL components of the program and attend all five consecutive Wednesday sessions in order to receive a Peer Educator certificate. Upon completion of this program, Peer Educators will be able to successfully complete a post-test with a passing score and give a 20 minute presentation to be evaluated by their peers. Applications for the next class may be obtained by calling the AIDS Resource Center at (757) 446-6170. This class is generally offered twice a year.

The Virginia HIV/AIDS Resource and Consultation Center was founded in 1989 to respond to the need to expand medical care and support services for persons living with HIV infection and AIDS in Eastern Virginia. The Center links the resources of Eastern Virginia.
