for all individuals proposing to use radioactive material at EVMS. The course is offered
in two half day sessions at least four times each year. There is a quiz at the end of the
course. Course announcements will be sent to departments in advance. |

| A two hour laboratory safety
course for individuals handling chemicals in laboratories. Topics include hazard
recognition, storage of chemicals, signs and labels, and waste disposal. The course is
offered at least four times each year. Course announcements will be sent to the

Annual Radiation Safety Refresher Training |

all Authorized, Qualified, and Restricted Users of radioactive material. Current issues in
Radiation Safety are discussed. Dates, times, and locations are scheduled with each
department annually. |

| A one hour hazards recognition
course for Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Materials Management, Clinic Staff, etc.
Offered quarterly and as needed by various departments. Dates, times, and locations to be determined. Call the Environmental Health &
