    • Mrs. Pearman graduated from the Wake Forest University PA Program in 1999 and obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2007.  She has clinically practiced in primary care and orthopedics, but has focused in emergency medicine since 2004.  Following a passion for teaching, she joined the EVMS faculty in 2006.
