Information Sessions

The Physician Assistant Program hosts several information sessions through the year.  These meetings are intended to cover the basics of the PA profession, overview the pathway to becoming a Physician Assistant and specifics about the application process and educational dynamics of our program.  

There are two basic formats:

On Campus Sessions 

This format usually involves a 45-minute presentation followed by a Q&A with program admissions staff, faculty and students.  Student-guided tours of the school facilities and campus are also usually offered.

Online Webinars

This live presentation by the admissions director will cover the same material given to on campus attendees and includes a Q&A session that will continue as long as necessary to answer submitted questions.  

Registration for the webinar will open one month before the scheduled date of the webinar.

Attendees are granted access to the meeting space the week of the event and will need high speed internet access and functioning speakers to participate.
