Logan Scholarship Award

History

Sarah and Scott Furlough established a scholarship in 2006 to continue the legacy of their son, Logan William Furlough.  Logan was born 15 weeks early and lived for five months under the care of a skilled medical team at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters (CHKD).  

Criteria

The scholarship will be awarded annually to:

• A third or fourth year student enrolled in the medical program at EVMS.
• Demonstrated interest in specializing in pediatrics.
• Demonstrates financial need.
• Demonstrates academic excellence.
