
Office of Student Performance and Evaluation
The Office of Student Performance and
Evaluation is responsible for supporting the administration of
testing, collecting and analyzing student performance data, and
supervising course and faculty evaluations.
The key functions of the office are:
- Supervising the implementation
of computer-based testing technologies
- Providing support for academic
assessment and curriculum management functions
- Assisting in developing
questionnaires, rating scales and examinations
- Maintaining and modifying
student databases
- Performing statistical
analysis for curriculum studies, research studies, surveys and
evaluation systems
- Participating in designing and
conducting institutional studies and reports
- Serving as the point of
contact for
all National Board of Medical Examiners communications
- Serving as executive chief
proctor for Eastern Virginia Medical School
