School of Medicine Class of 2013 Banquet
When: Friday, May 16, 2014; Registration and seating begins at 6:30 p.m. Dinner begins at 7:30 p.m.
Where: Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, 777 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510
Parking: Hourly garage parking is available in the Dominion Tower Parking Garage located next to the Sheraton.
Tickets: Each member of the MD graduating class receives a total of 5 banquet tickets. They will be distributed to graduates by class president, Andrew Holcomb beginning February 17, 2014.
A ticket is required for each student and their guests attending the MD Banquet. Please retain the upper portion of the ticket, and complete and return the lower portion of the ticket to Andrew Holcomb by April 1, 2014.
Children under the age of 12 are not encouraged to attend, however, can be accommodated if necessary. Each child will require a ticket to enter.
Please return any unused tickets to Andrew Holcomb so that they may be redistributed to your classmates as needed. Please contact Andrew if you would like to request additional tickets. Tickets will be redistributed, if available, on a first-requested basis.
Seating: Seat assignments will be made by the class Executive Council. Please email Andrew Holcomb if you have any special seating preferences. Please note that tables will hold 8-11 people.
Meals: Once you are certain you have the right number of tickets for your party, please complete the Entrée Request form for each ticket. You will need to provide:
1) Your name and contact information that will be valid during Graduation week.
2) The meal selection for each of your ticket-holding guests (choice of chicken or vegetarian entrée)
3) Dietary restrictions or special needs (i.e., wheelchair, etc.)
Dress Code: Business or Cocktail Attire
