Commencement is the central event in EVMS’ academic calendar as well as the culminating event in our students' education. Faculty play an important role in the success of Commencement and their participation is meaningful to our graduates.
All full-time and part-time faculty, community faculty, Associate and Assistant Deans are encouraged to participate in EVMS’ Commencement Ceremony scheduled Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 10 a.m. EDT at Norfolk Scope, 201 E. Brambleton Avenue.
The deadline to register to participate in the Commencement Ceremony was Friday, March 1, 2024. Faculty interested in participating after the registration deadline should contact EVMS Special Events.
Registration for ancillary events such as White Coat ceremonies, Military Commissioning and other celebrations is open. Faculty should RSVP to attend no later than Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
