Excellence in Every Way
Quality of care is greatly influenced not just by medical treatment, but also by medical personnel behavior and communication skills. This CME event will help identify how to provide superior patient care, about the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey (posted below) and the elements of Excellence in Every Way, one of Chesapeake Regional’s new initiative to create a patient-centered culture.
