Division of Urogynecology
The Division of Urogynecology is a subspecialty within Obstetrics & Gynecology that is dedicated to the treatment of women with pelvic floor disorders, such as urinary or fecal incontinence and prolapse (bulging) of the female organs.
The Division of Urogynecology offers a Comprehensive Pelvic Floor Center at its Princess Anne Office. A Pelvic Floor disorder is a broad term used to describe several medical conditions in the pelvic region. The Pelvic Floor Center allows physicians and support staff to work together to diagnose and care for pelvic floor disorders. Since many pelvic floor disorders are interrelated, patients may begin treatment with one specialist and get further treatment from another. Patients will be guided by our experienced staff through the whole process. Our physicians are committed to improving the quality of life for patients with these disorders.
