    • Why I chose the Combined Program? I was thrilled to find out I was offered an interview for the dual internal family medicine program. The thought in my mind was: the opportunity to train as an internist and the opportunity to work in a family medicine environment. Medicine offers limitless opportunities to learn. With this program you are able to do a little bit of everything. You get an extra year at the tail end of the residency to focus your training in an area where you plan on practicing. The program the people are anything but ordinary; I consider myself very lucky and privileged to train with great people in a great program.
