EVMS Nephrology Fellowship
In the U.S. News and World Report's Best Hospitals 2014-15 list, the nephrology program at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital (SNGH) was recognized as "high performing," meaning the quality of care ranked in the top 25 percent nationwide. EVMS faculty help staff SNGH — the top-rated hospital in Virginia — and its nephrology program.
EVMS, the only medical school in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, is now offering a two-year clinical fellowship in Nephrology with comprehensive training in all areas of nephrology including both in patient and out patient settings.
The goal of the EVMS Nephrology Fellowship program is to prepare fellows to be competent, compassionate nephrologists in the setting of their choice, whether academic or purely clinical.
