Students, residents, faculty and allied health professionals are invited to attend monthly Geriatric Sit-Down Rounds. Sit-Down Rounds are scheduled the second Tuesday of each month at 12:00 p.m. in Hofheimer Hall, Fletcher Conference Room. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to:

• participate in the educational process of EVMS resident physicians
• enhance their knowledge of disabling medical conditions and medical terminology
• share information about resources for older patients
• provide a forum for resident physicians to practice their presentation and case management skills
• offer resident physicians realistic approaches and solutions regarding community resources and long-term care needs for patients
