Instructions: This educational activity is set up in four modules with a post- test/evaluation at the end of each one which you must complete and submit to receive credit. If a passing grade is achieved, you will receive a certificate of credit (for physicians) or a certificate of completion (for non-physicians).

Virginia prevalence rate trends have paralleled U.S. trends.In the last couple of years, the rates have been almost identical. Diabetes mortality rates vary by geographic region with the Southwest and Central regions of Virginia suffer the greatest mortality from diabetes.
