On September 11 and 12, join global leaders in the field of diabetes to learn how to best translate the latest research into successful patient care. At the Turning the Tide on Diabetes Conference, experts from the Eastern Virginia Medical School Strelitz Diabetes Center will clarify controversies in diabetes treatment and offer advice for practical patient management.

Target Audience: the Turning the Tide on Diabetes Conference is designed for family medicine physicians, internists, endocrinologists, diabetes and metabolism specialists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists and other interested allied health professionals.
Accreditation: Eastern Virginia Medical School is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation: Eastern Virginia Medical School designates this educational activity for a maximum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
AAPA accepts Category 1 credit from AOACCME, Prescribed credit from AAFP, and AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM from organizations accredited by ACCME.
