There is hope,
but it comes with a price. That’s why we’re here. Since the first case of AIDS was diagnosed over twenty years ago, new drugs and treatment therapies are giving hope to adults and children living with this devastating disease. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to hope. Costs for the drugs can run as high as $25,000 a year, leaving even the average income family with no insurance nowhere to turn. These funds come from people like you who believe that everyone, regardless of their ability to pay, should have access to treatment that can greatly improve — and maybe even save their lives. Our fundraising efforts benefit the C3ID specialty clinics providing state-of-the-art medical care to over 1,200 adults living with HIV in Hampton Roads. Find out how you can help. AIDSCare/Eastern Virginia Medical School Foundation is a certified, tax-exempt, public charity under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to AIDSCare are tax-deductible. |
